Histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) inhibitor ACY-1215 attenuated mechanical pain in SNI-operated mice. (A) The experimental timeline diagram shows the protocol for constructing the SNI mouse model and the administration of treatments. ACY-1215 (20 mg/kg/day) or vehicle (10% DMSO in saline) was administered starting from day 1 post-SNI and continued daily until day 13. Baseline (BL) thresholds were measured one day before any treatment, and mechanical pain thresholds were assessed every two days thereafter.
