From: Mercury induces inflammatory mediator release from human mast cells
Effects of HgCl 2 on VEGF release from hCBMCs. Mast cells were incubated with HgCl2 and/or SP as indicated for 24 hours at 37°C. The cells were then centrifuged and the supernatant fluid was collected. VEGF (A) and IL-6 (B) release from hCBMCs was assayed by ELISA (n = 5, *p < 0.05).
