Cellular phenotype of inflammatory cells present in the spinal cord sections of MOG 35-55 -immunized AnxA1-/- mice. FACS analysis of CD3 (A) and F4/80 (B) positive mononuclear cells recovered by Percoll gradient of spinal cord homogenates obtained from AnxA1+/+ and AnxA1-/- mice immunized with MOG35-55 and CFA and sacrificed after 14 days. The dot plots and hystograms are from a single mouse and representative of 2 experiments with n = 4 mice. The numbers in the hystograms indicate the percentage of CD3+ and F4/80+cells.
